It becomes harder to maintain our results in the gym we lose our sex drive, the six pack becomes a thing of the past, we start to get the beer belly and carry extra weight around our waste. Just walking up the stairs can be challenging. We find our self easily out of breath doing simple things – like putting our socks on, are all of the sudden is not so simple anymore.

What are some of the Andropause Symptoms AKA menopause?

Although symptoms vary from person to person, the most common symptoms include:

  • increased body fat.
  • low sex drive.
  • lack of energy.
  • loss of strength or muscle mass.
  • depression.
  • irritability and mood swings.
  • hot flashes. Yes Hot Flashes!

How Long Does Manopause Last?

Sadly there is no defined answer as it can vary from Man to Man, BUT, here is what I do know. If we do not make some smart healthy lifestyle choices we can become imprisoned to this for life and it will just compound as we get older.

After we reach the age of 30 years, our testosterone levels gradually decrease, they actually can fall an average of one percent each year. However, doctors do not believe that the normal, age-related decline of testosterone levels is at the center of male menopause symptoms.

How ever there are many other things that can attribute to this real deal Manopause.

Other risk factors include underlying health problems, such as:

  • lack of exercise
  • smoking
  • alcohol consumption
  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Sleep Deprivation

As we live in a time where 67 % of our Nation is Morbidly obese and 5 out of 10 kids born today won’t out live their parents.

As men we need to not only recognize that these symptoms can lead to Obesity, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Heart disease, Early Death and More.
